Welcome to Seavine Village

Where Every Shore

Tell a Story.

Welcome to Seavine Village, Bangladesh's first and only business-based tourism village, proudly established on the shores of Kuakata by Seavine Properties Limited in 2021.

Spread across 30 acres of prime coastal land along the Bay of Bengal, Seavine Village is more than a real estate development. It is a living, breathing destination, master-planned to unite sustainable tourism, community living, and long-term investment into one extraordinary address.

We were founded in direct alignment with the Government of Bangladesh's "Tourism Village" initiative, recognising Kuakata's extraordinary yet underdeveloped potential. Our commitment is to serve three distinct communities simultaneously: investors seeking generational returns, tourists seeking meaningful coastal experiences, and local communities whose heritage we are honoured to celebrate.

At Seavine Village, the sea breeze, open skies, and the quiet rhythm of nature come together, not just as scenery, but as a way of life.

Syed Mohammed Aminullah

Co-Founder & Vice-Chairman

Syed Mohammed Aminullah is a visionary leader and a driving force behind the evolution of sustainable tourism in Bangladesh. With a deep-rooted commitment to national development, he co-founded Seavine Village in 2021 to align with the government's "Tourism Village" initiative — recognising Kuakata as an unpolished gem on Bangladesh's coastline.

Under his leadership, Seavine Village has transitioned from a concept to a benchmark for long-term investment and eco-conscious hospitality in Kuakata. Mr. Aminullah's strategic focus lies in bridging the gap between luxury real estate and environmental stewardship, ensuring that Kuakata's natural beauty remains preserved for future generations while providing world-class experiences for global travelers.

"A building should not merely be a shelter for humans, it must be a nest for butterflies and birds."

Seavine Village is proud to be designed under the visionary leadership of Architect Rafiq Azam, one of the most internationally acclaimed architects from Bangladesh. A graduate of BUET (1989) and the principal of SHATOTTO architecture for green living, Rafiq Azam brings over 30 years of world-class architectural experience to our shores.

His architecture is deeply influenced by the mysticism of Lalon and Tagore, utilizing light, shadow, water, and air as fundamental building materials. At Seavine Village, this philosophy finds its most complete expression — where the sea, the land, and the human soul are given equal voice in every structure.

Green Architecture

Beyond energy saving, an "inspiring process of energy gaining" through thoughtful integration of the natural environment into every space.

Deltaic Living

Inspired by the landscape of Bengal, designs feature water as a central protagonist, spaces that breathe and reflect the cosmos.

Social Connectivity

By challenging the traditional use of high boundary walls, architecture becomes a social phenomenon, fostering trust and community.

Heritage & Mysticism

At Seavine Village, Rafiq Azam creates a sanctuary that celebrates the lost history and heritage of coastal Bengal through modern form.

His work has been published in leading global architectural journals including Architectural Review and AD Magazine. In Seavine Village, Rafiq Azam brings this world-class expertise to create a sanctuary that celebrates the lost history and heritage of our land while offering a modern, sustainable way of life.

"In Seavine Village Kuakata, I seek to build not walls, but connections, between the visitor and the sea, between the present and the memory of this land, between humanity and the natural world that sustains us."
